Coronovirus (COVID-19) Advisory: All Patients will Be Screened Prior to Appointment Updated 3-19-20
The Clark Center for Urogynecology is closely following the most up to date announcements and information on the known cases of the Cornonavirus (COVID-19). The information is continually changing and we are montioring the situation as it evolves.
If you need to come to the office to be seen, rest assured that your health is our priority. We are screening all employees, patients and their guests at the door for fever, respiratory symptoms, feeling ill and diarrhea symptoms.
We are taking all precautions including pre-screening patients by phone prior to their appointment for symptoms and for travel history to infected areas. We are disinfecting all surfaces, including writing implements, washing of hands between patients, wearing masks, and keeping patients 6 feet of more from others.

If you have respiratory symptoms, a fever, flu like symptoms and diarrhea symptoms, please refrain from visiting the office; instead call the Orange County Health Care Agency at 800-563-8448. Along with the World Health Organization, we recommend that patient's wash their hands frequently, maintain social distancing, avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth, and practice good respiratory hygiene.
